Raw Chef Andi has been teaching raw food preparation since 2004 starting out of her own home. Today she can be seen giving chef demonstrations and motivational speeches throughout California and Mexico. She has appeared on Sacramento's Channel 3 and Channel 31, Ft. Bragg's local television and has been featured in numerous magazines and newspapers such as the San Jose Mercury News.
Since graduating from the Living Light Culinary Arts Institute, Andi has authored several books including The Fruits and Greens Diet and Eat Your Way To The Top Of The Class. She now shares her raw culinary skills, personal story of amazing weight loss, and motivational talks through classes, demonstrations and speaking engagements.
